5. If there is any accumulation of debris in the short pipes and channels of the media inlet and outlet, it means that the filter is invalid and should be cleaned in time.

6. When removing the titanium plate, it is strictly prohibited to contact with an open flame to prevent oxidation.

7. Check whether the gasket has aging, deterioration, cracks and other defects, and prohibit hard objects from scratching on the surface.

8. It is strictly forbidden to accumulate solid particles, such as sand and iron slag on the surface of the sealing gasket and the heat exchange plate.

9. Check if there is any local deformation of the heat exchange plate, if it exceeds the allowable value, it should be repaired or replaced.
